What are the 3 Principals; how can they help me?

Over 37 years ago, Sydney Banks had a profound and life changing spiritual insight to truth. With this insight came an understanding of how we as humans operate psychologically via The 3 Principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness. With these principles we create our experience of life from moment to moment. With this creative ability and experience comes our separate realities.

Mind is the intelligence of all things;

Consciousness makes you aware: and

Thought is like the rudder of a ship.

The rudder (Thought) guides you through life and if you learn to use that rudder properly, you can guide your way through life far better than you ever imagined. You can go from one reality to another. You can find your happiness and when illusionary sadness comes from memories. you don't try to figure it out. Please don't try to do that - you'll get yourself in trouble. All you have to do is realize that it's Thought - Sydney Banks

The second you realize that it's Thought, you are touching the very essence of psychological experience. You're back to the "now," you're back to happiness. So don't get caught up on a lot of details.

In this world, the smaller it is, the more powerful it is, the simpler . Mind, Consciousness, and Thought - that's very simple. That's the answer. ~ Sydney Banks

The deeper we understand these principles as our psychological operating system, the higher we raise our level of consciousness. Now we are delving into our own resilient self for the answers and the divine wisdom we all seek in life.  That innate wisdom is within every human, regardless of life experiences or circumstances. "We are spiritual beings that think, not thinking beings that are spiritual." Remember, life happens through us, not to us!

With our connection to the formless power inside of all of us, our innate wisdom, we can achieve anything. We no longer have to look outside of ourselves for the source of wellbeing we all seek and deserve.

Wellness is your default setting.

Wellness is your default setting. When you have negative thoughts and feelings they are like "temple bells." They can alert you to the FACT that you are out of alignment with your true nature.  Think about it, if negativity was natural, right for you, it would feel great but it doesn't. And the fact that it doesn't feel good means, that your TRUE nature is wellness, lightness, joy, and vitality. You never say, I want less of that happiness stuff. It's time to re-boot your inner wellness.

Consider it, then do some spring cleaning.
